The French chic style tips

Le Luxe Le - The French Chic style

I love the French effortless chic style; the less is more look nailed down to simple key pieces. Ballerinas pumps are so much more practical to maneuverer around the city, nautical stripes sweaters, accessorise are kept to the bare minimum.

Paris is a city to fall in love with, I’ve been a few years ago and fell in love with the colourful macaroons from Pierre Hermes and staring at the Eiffel tower during the day and when it sparkles at night.

La Redoute has created Secrets to French Style tips over on their site. Most of them I already covered here in this post with my personal style.

The trench coat is such a classic for us Brits too come rain or shine it keeps us protected and every city girl needs to own one. A simple sweater over dark blue denim jeans and a pair of ballerina’s is my go to outfit for shopping and casual dates.

A French girl loves the fresh face make up and just sometimes you need that red lipstick to go with that LBD.

My favourite tip to share is to keep your outfit minimal to not look too polished; these types of outfits make the most impact.

What French fashion styles will you be following?
